The Frantoio Sanminiatese is located at La Serra, a small town close to San Miniato, in the heart of Tuscany and area birth of the excellences of the region.
For 50 years, since 1964, the Annessi family hands down from father to son the "art" of pressing, together with the growing of the olive trees themselves. With master skills and with the help of two continuous cycle systems, which work twenty-four hours a day for about two months, we produce an extra-virgin olive oil with a completely cold system and with the taste of old times.
